Steele Process Partners ("SPP," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled.

What We Collect

When you use one of the forms on this site — the Free Service Performance Decision Guide, the Readiness Check, a Readiness Review request, a case study PDF download, or a CRM Checkup Fit Review request — we collect what you provide, which may include:

  • Name
  • Business email address
  • Company or organization
  • Role or title (when asked, always optional)
  • Any additional context you share (e.g. "what's the situation that brought you here")

We do not collect payment information through this site.

How We Use It

We use this information to:

  • Send you the guide, case study, or other material you requested
  • Follow up on Readiness Reviews or Fit Review requests you've asked for
  • Understand, in aggregate, how people use this site (see Analytics below)

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand overall traffic and how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and which pages you visit. This data is aggregated and is not used by us to identify you individually. Google's own privacy practices govern how Google Analytics handles this data — see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Where Your Data Lives

Form submissions are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and are only accessible to Steele Process Partners administrators. Email delivery (sending you a guide, a case study PDF, or a confirmation) is handled through Resend, a transactional email service.

Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and maintain our records. If you'd like your information removed, contact us (below) and we'll take care of it.

Your Choices

You can decline to fill out any form on this site — none of the content on this site requires providing personal information to read. If you've already submitted a form and want your data removed or want to stop hearing from us, just ask.
